Successful Cultural Institutions: Leadership, Communication, and Management

This course was designed to uncover the secrets behind the success of world-class cultural institutions and tiny local NGOs. Beyond the classroom, this course takes learning to the vibrant streets of Vienna (by choice of the students). Students will embark on exclusive visits to the city’s most renowned cultural institutions, such as the Belvedere and the Wiener Musikverein, where they will witness firsthand the operational excellence and innovative strategies that keep these icons at the forefront of the global cultural landscape.
